Before we file your application,  we recommend an availability search is carried out.  This is to ensure your trade mark is available for you to use and register.

After filing, your trade mark application will be examined and if accepted, it will be published for a short time period. During this period, third parties can oppose your Trade Mark application.

We receive all correspondence regarding the process above and report developments to you in a timely manner.   

If no oppositions are filed, your trade mark application will proceed to Registration. 

The Trade Mark Registration Certificate will be forwarded on to you once received.
